The final result, that is, the durability and quality of the coating, will depend on such a simple operation in the future. If for some reason the granules are poorly covered with glue, and there will be no connection between the rubber crumb and the glue, this often leads to the appearance of holes, brittleness, cracks and bald spots in the coating. By the way, the life of a poorly mixed coating is not at all long - a maximum of 2 years. And if all the recommendations are followed, then the coating will last more than 10 years. The quality of the coating is greatly influenced by the quality of the components that make up the composition.

If there is a large amount of metal cord and textile in the rubber crumb, this may affect appearance and the coating in this case will become very dangerous for operation. The crumb rubber stacker consists of several basic elements.

Firstly, the working area, which has a flat steel surface with a coating that is not susceptible to corrosion, and therefore can function even in harsh conditions.

Finally, the fifth part is the pressure plate. The most functional element. Performs four purposes at once: setting the height, setting the angles and vibration, as well as temperature setting. Vibration processing is needed for proper compaction of the material, and heating to a temperature of 800 degrees allows the surface to set and harden faster, which improves the quality of the final product.

Waterproof and waterproof. The top layer can be made with a drainage effect, so that puddles will not appear on it.

Rubber crumb is a seamless, elastic coating that is resistant to temperature extremes and precipitation. It is used for playgrounds, jogging and bicycle paths, space along pools and skating rinks.

The budgetary and easiest-to-use equipment for laying crumb rubber is a roller and a grater. A large roller and grater are used to compact the coating, a forming roller is used for corners and joints. Before starting, the tools are impregnated with turpentine so that the rubber crumb does not stick to the surface.

The atomizer consists of air compressor and pumps. It is used for spraying the second layer of rubber crumb, for covering vertical surfaces with a crumb layer up to 1 millimeter. It allows you to evenly apply the components and hide the unevenness of the first layer.

Usage: the polyurethane mixture is poured into the receiving hopper, from there it is fed to the spray gun with the help of a pump and applied under pressure to the surface.

After laying the rubber crumb, you need to wait until it dries for 24 hours. Full hardening of the coating occurs after five days.

Clean the equipment with organic solvents: acetone or xylene.

Black or color. Numerous color combinations are possible. For the production of the colored layer, either black dyed chips or colored granules of EPDM synthetic rubber can be used;

Single layer or double layer. In the case of laying a two-layer coating, a thick black layer is first laid, and a thin colored layer is laid on top after drying. The bottom layer - the substrate creates the necessary density, elasticity or softness, can be thicker or thinner, the top layer performs a fixing and aesthetic function. The top layer can be laid different ways: Stacker or Sprayer.

Waterproof or waterproof. When laying the top colored layer with a paver, a permeable surface with a drainage effect is obtained, on which puddles do not form even in the rain. A crumb sprayer can be used as an additional equipment. When applied to a black seamless layer of the top layer using the Sprayer, you can also get two types of surface - permeable and waterproof, depending on the ratio of crumbs and glue, crumb fraction.
