The most interesting offices. The most beautiful offices in the world

Most people spend most of their time in offices working for companies. And very often their workplaces are faceless, stuffy "boxes" that do not contribute to dedication in any way. Fortunately, this trend is gradually changing, and managers are creating all the conditions to encourage employees to work productively. This review presents the best examples of unusual offices that inspire creativity.

Most of this office is designed in the "Open Space" style. Working in the same room helps to strengthen the team spirit of the company's employees dropbox. The original interior with hanging fabric ribbons muffles excessively loud sounds during active communication.

4. Facebook Campus

For company employees Facebook not just office space was built, but a whole campus, which consists of 9 buildings. On this territory, employees can work anywhere: in cozy offices, spacious living rooms or at open-air tables.

5. Google offices

In company Google there is no standard office. In an attempt to attract the most creative and talented employees, managers create an appropriate creative atmosphere for them.

6. Office that inspires creativity

They have developed a space where the workers themselves choose where and how they want to work. Bright colors, a variety of furniture, a lot of space - all this contributes to the creative and productive work of employees.

7. Futuristic underground office

Swedish company office Bahnhof Office built on the site of a former Cold War bomb shelter. The natural granite walls of the room, combined with unusual furniture, create the impression of a futuristic exotic.

8. Offices in containers

A budget, but very functional project was presented by the company Clive Wilkinson Architects. The architects designed the office space in shipping containers. Fluorescent lamps are used for lighting, and air conditioners are installed where employees work most of the day.

Many leading companies in the world, in addition to the creative environment in the office, also care about the healthy well-being of employees. And some even equip

Each class is equipped with Abstracta mobile boards, which can not only be moved within one wall, but also arranged depending on the objectives of the course.

"Best Atrium": Dominion Tower Business Center

  • Location: Moscow, Sharikopodshipnikovskaya st., 5, building 1
  • Atrium area: 396.8 sq. m
  • Implementation: 2015
  • General contractor: "Stroy Group"
  • Architectural Bureau: Zaha Hadid Architects
  • General designer: architectural bureau "AB Elis"
  • General contractor of interior decoration: "Kontrakt City"

The winner in the Best Business Center Atrium category was the interior of the Dominion Tower on Sharikopodshipnikovskaya Street designed by Zaha Hadid Architects. The first level of the atrium houses the usual set of functions - an information desk, a waiting area. Black lines on the floor indicate the direction of incoming traffic to the centers of attraction: reception, stairs, elevators. Tailor-made furniture grows from these lines into reception desk volumes, modernist visitor tables and waiting sofas. The idea of diversity is expressed mainly with the help of chaotically arranged staircases thrown across the entire space of the atrium in such a way that the impression of a complex sculpture is created. The artistic image of the interior is based on the works of Russian avant-garde artists, from whom the architects borrowed a tough graphic solution and an anti-gravity approach.

Best Overseas Project: Bearys Global Research Triangle office

  • Location: Bangalore, India
  • Total area: 1.1 thousand square meters m
  • Architectural Bureau: Collaborative Architecture
  • Project authors: Lalita Tharani, Mujib Ahmed, Muneeb
  • Architectural Lighting: Collaborative Architecture
  • Implementation: 2015

The architectural dominant of the lobby is the central column supporting a coffered slab measuring 32 x 32 m. The height of the ceiling here is nine meters. Several groups of large sofas have been placed in the atrium, their broken C-shape echoing the undulating superstructure. Behind its continuous glazing there are five meeting rooms, four of which are "pushed out" into the space of the atrium. Behind them, in the depths of the mezzanine, are technical rooms and toilets. The Corian-finished central column is both the anchor and the pivot of the vast lounge. Architectural lighting interprets the foliage emerging from this "trunk".

Audience Award: Geropharm Office

  • Location: St. Petersburg, administrative and business district
  • Total area: 1.5 thousand square meters m
  • Implementation period: April — July 2015
  • Design and construction: Design Solutions (chief architect Evgenia Tsygankova)
  • General contractor: management company "Basis"

In the nomination "Audience Award" the best was the interior of the headquarters of the Russian pharmaceutical company "Geropharm" in St. Petersburg. There are many conference rooms of various sizes and open meeting points in the office - they make information exchange within the company as easy as possible. On both sides of the central core, two additional corridors appeared in the plan, which have become a kind of galleries - they host a photo exhibition, which is planned to be updated periodically. In the gallery corridors, a simple and bright design technique is used - rhythmically located doors are designed as sources of decorative lighting. The concept of lighting in all spaces of the office is individual; each meeting room has its own lighting solution, corresponding to the format and tasks.

OFFICE AS A SHOWCASE

Address: Moscow, design-factory "Flacon"

Enviable location, free, open plan, industrial style, high technology, soft and expensive lighting, eco-friendly silent coatings from fashion catalogs, air-conditioned, sexy secretaries, uterine gurgling coolers with "live" water, excellent coffee from super coffee machines and CCTV around the perimeter with motion sensors. The owners of such an office need a client weary of Soviet life who will be happy to be in their strong premium embrace. This is a boutique office. With show-offs, but without pathos. The business owner spent his first money on a luxurious Cadillac. On it and traveled to customers. They had no idea that this was his office. Now the owner of the business has a whole fleet of cars, and the office is his own showcase and showroom.

OFFICE AS A GAME

Work for employees of such organizations is like sports, like playing for money that they receive on salary cards. The interior there stimulates the creativity of employees, the courage of decisions, their variability, dynamics and youthful spirit of all those present. And this is not infantilism, but a cunning calculation. Their game is contagious - it is with the interior of the office that they make it clear to the client that they play with him in the same team and on the same field. The customer wins - and the business also wins. Everyone has fun, and if someone is bad with creativity, they fire him.

OFFICE AS A HOUSE

Remote access is an ideal form of work for office employees, and even more so for their boss. With today's technology, this is not a problem. If it were possible, the boss would not leave the house at all. But there are still employees (and there are too many of them to let them into your apartment). At one time, the director dreamed of having a house like the headquarters of Bottega Veneta in Venice or Diana von Furstenberg in New York (shop on the ground floor, living space and office upstairs). You don't have to go anywhere, you don't have to spend time. But what about the employees? There were too many of them. The result of ordeals is such offices. They are a stylistic continuation of the chief's house. Yes, the atmosphere is the same. Even his dog doesn't know the difference.

You should have seen their birthday celebrations! You should hear them sing karaoke! And how many destinies have been connected thanks to this office! How many new lives he gave to the world! All these totemic little things are able to fill with warmth the space where people spend more time than at home - to some extent, this was calculated.

Business attire is an important aspect of fashion for women and girls working in offices with a set dress code that implies compliance with the rules and standards of office dressing and fashion trends.

Designers have presented a lot of original ideas for fashionistas in 2019-2020, who prefer business style for the office this fashion season.
