3.3 The recirculator is connected to the power supply network using a three-wire network cable, one of the wires of which is grounding.

3.4 On the panel of the control unit are placed:

3.4.1 Two-position power switch "On" - "Off", when turned on, the recirculator enters the continuous operation mode.

3.4.2 Buttons:

1, 2, 3, 4, 5 - "Mode Selection". They switch the operating modes of the recirculator, taking into account the category and volume of the treated room, and are used to display the operating time of UV lamps.
buttons "H" and "M". Serve to set the current time, "H" - hours, "M" - minutes.

3.4.3 LEDs and information board:

information board reflects "Current Time" and "UV lamp operating time", informing about the need to replace UV lamps (if the operating time has exceeded 9000 hours);
five yellow LEDs "Operating modes of the recirculator" show what operating mode the recirculator is in:
LED 1 is on - mode I,
LED 2 is on - mode 2,
LED 3 is on - mode 3,
LED 4 is on - mode 4,
LED 5 is on - mode 5.

Operating modes:
mode 1 - ;
modes 2 to 5 - "preparation of the premises for functioning in the absence of people".

Product operation:

4.1 When the recirculator is connected to the mains for the first time and the power switch is turned on (the bactericidal UV lamps light up and the circulation fan starts to work), the device starts to function in the continuous operation mode, while LED No. 1 of mode No. 1 lights up -"permanent work in the presence of people".

4.2 To turn on the recirculator in mode No. 2, it is necessary to press the button No. 2 "Mode selection", while the LED No. 2 "Recirculator operation mode" will light up.

4.3 To turn on the recirculator in mode No. 3, it is necessary to press the button No. 3 "Mode selection", while the LED No. 3 "Recirculator operation mode" will light up.

4.4 To turn on the recirculator in mode No. 4, it is necessary to press the button No. 4 "Mode selection", while the LED No. 4 "Recirculator operation mode" will light up.

4.5 To turn on the recirculator in mode No. 5, it is necessary to press the button No. 5 "Mode selection", while the LED No. 5 "Recirculator operation mode" will light up.

    The recirculator provides daily continuous operation for at least 8 hours. The break between inclusions is not regulated.
    The suspension system of the recirculator can withstand an applied force of at least 200 N.
    The time for the recirculator to enter the operating mode is no more than 1 minute.
    In terms of electrical safety, the recirculator meets the requirements of GOST 12.2.025 and is made according to protection class 1 type H.
    Overall dimensions of the recirculator: 715×130×205 mm;
    The mass of the recirculator is 5.5 kg.
    Recirculators can be equipped with a mobile trolley on wheels.
    Productivity of the recirculator (volume of air passing through the recirculator and disinfected by it in one hour) at rated voltage: 60 +/- 10 m3/hour.
    The external surfaces of the recirculator can be disinfected by wiping with disinfectants registered and permitted in the Russian Federation for disinfection of surfaces according to the regimes regulated by the current documents on the use of disinfectants, approved in the prescribed manner.
    The average service life of recirculators is at least 5 years.
    The operating conditions of the recirculators correspond to the climatic modification UHL 4.2 according to GOST R 50444-92: temperature from +10˚С to + 35˚C; relative humidity - 80% at a temperature of 25˚С.

    Device and work
    The recirculator can be mounted in a vertical or horizontal position, as well as on a mobile trolley (for the mobile recirculator option) and consists of: a housing with viewing windows for visual control of lamp performance; lighting part (bactericidal lamps, ballasts, control unit).
    Starter control equipment is made according to the starter or electronic circuit.
    The recirculator is connected to the power supply network using a three-wire network cable, one of the wires of which is a grounding cable.
    On the panel of the control unit are placed:
    Two-position power switch "On" - "Off", when turned on, the recirculator enters the continuous operation mode.
    Buttons: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 - "Mode selection". They switch the operating modes of the recirculator, taking into account the category and volume of the treated room, and are used to display the operating time of UV lamps. buttons "H" and "M". Serve to set the current time, "H" - hours, "M" - minutes.
    LEDs and information board: the information board displays the "Current time" and "UV lamp operating time", informing about the need to replace the UV lamps (if the operating time exceeded 9000 hours); five yellow LEDs “Recirculator operating modes” show which operating mode the recirculator is in: LED 1 is on - mode I, LED 2 is on - mode 2, LED 3 is on - mode 3, LED 4 is on - mode 4, LED 5 is on - mode 5.
    Operating modes:
    mode 1 - "permanent work in the presence of people"; modes from 2 to 5 - "preparation of the premises for operation in the absence of people."

    Using a recirculator

    To determine the operating mode of the recirculator, you must use the table

    When the recirculator is running, there is a constant countdown of the operating time of UV lamps. The operating time is displayed for 3 seconds on the digital display each time you press any button "Mode selection". The operating time of UV lamps should not exceed 8000 hours, if it exceeds 8000 hours, then it is necessary to replace the lamps and reset the timer counter. To reset you need:
    turn off the recirculator with the power switch; press and, holding the button No. 1 "mode selection", turn on the recirculator with the power switch;
    hold the button number 1 "mode selection" for about three seconds.

    The current time is set on the digital display with the corresponding buttons H "hours" and M "minutes".
