  1. In a water bath or in the microwave, melt the butter and chocolate in one bowl. Let cool so that it is not hot.
  2. Warm the milk to body temperature. Mix flour, starch and granulated sugar. Add eggs and soft yeast to the dough, add milk.
  3. Lastly, add the chocolate mixture to the dough. Mix the ingredients and distribute into silicone molds. Let it rise for about 10 minutes, then put it in the slow cooker.
  4. Having found the “Baking” program, prepare chocolate muffins with yeast in a slow cooker for 40-50 minutes.

Now let’s break down the cooking process into steps:

  1. Mix flour, cocoa, baking powder and sugar together.
  2. Mix kefir, refined oil and water too. Please note that the ingredients should be barely warm.
  3. Pour the kefir into the flour and knead the dough.
  4. Stir in the defrosted berries.
  5. Grease a multi-cooker vessel with oil and pour all the dough into it, select the “Baking” program.
  6. Cook the chocolate cake in a slow cooker for 80 minutes.
  7. For the glaze, melt the chocolate with the addition of cream, pour over the warm cake and cool it completely.

Today I want to offer all lovers of homemade desserts a recipe for a delicious chocolate cake. Let me start by saying that I really love baking, including various muffins.

I cook them according to different recipes, but I have never tried them with water, and for some reason I was sure that the result would not be very impressive. But, to my joy, I was wrong! The cupcake turned out simply gorgeous: porous, fluffy and very tasty.
If you cut it lengthwise into pieces and coat it with cream, decorate the top with berries or fruits - you will get a wonderful cake for a home tea party. The cake has a pronounced chocolate taste, and it is quite difficult to guess that it is cooked in water.
Now I make this dessert quite often, besides, chocolate cake in a slow cooker, the recipe with a photo of which I offer, is even easier and faster to bake than in the oven.

If you wish, you can add chopped nuts, candied fruits or dried fruits to the dough; these “additives” will not spoil the dough.

Ingredients:

  • eggs - 3 pcs.,
  • sugar - 250 g,
  • cocoa powder - 4 level tablespoons,
  • vegetable oil - 60 g,
  • water - 200 ml,
  • instant coffee - 1 teaspoon,
  • vanillin - to taste,
  • flour - 1.5 cups,
  • baking powder for dough - 10 g,
  • butter - for greasing the bowl,
  • powdered sugar - for decoration,
  • raspberries - for decoration.

Cooking process:

Break eggs into a deep bowl and add granulated sugar. Beat with a whisk or mixer until fluffy white mass for 5 minutes. Sugar can be replaced with cane sugar, in which case the finished cake will have a slightly caramel taste.


Add room temperature water to the dough and pour in vegetable oil. It is best to take oil that does not have a distinct odor. Mix with a spoon.


Dilute instant coffee in one tablespoon of hot water and cool slightly.


Then add coffee to the dough and mix well again.


Separately, mix the sifted flour with cocoa powder, vanillin and baking powder. Vanillin can be replaced with vanilla sugar.


Add the flour mixture to the dough and mix thoroughly with a mixer so that there are no lumps. The consistency of the dough should be like sour cream.


Grease the multicooker bowl with butter and pour in the prepared dough. Turn on the multicooker to the “Bake” mode and cook for 50 minutes.


Remove the finished chocolate cake from the multicooker using a steamer container, cool and decorate as desired. I decorated with powdered sugar and fresh raspberries.


You can also cut the cake and coat it with cream, such as custard or sour cream, sprinkle with nuts or arrange chopped fruits or berries, it will turn out very tasty and beautiful.
