Components:

200 g low-fat cottage cheese;

3 tablespoons of olive or vegetable oil;

Preparation

1. Mix the flakes with baking powder, cinnamon, and vanilla. Pour kefir over everything (the consistency will be thick porridge), mix well and leave to swell for 20-25 minutes.

2. Soak dried fruits for 10-15 minutes. Then dry them.

3. Grate the apple, after peeling it. If the apple gives juice, drain it so that the dough does not turn out liquid.

4. After the above 20-25 minutes, add dried fruits and an apple to the cereal.

5. Roll the dough into balls, which need to be flattened to form a cookie shape. Place the cookies on a baking sheet covered with parchment or a silicone mat.

To prepare 10-12 cookies you need:

  • 100 grams of oatmeal or rolled oats;

Although many people are throwing stones at me now (especially those who have snowdrifts outside the window), I think it’s time to prepare the sled for summer and start slowly losing weight.

March 1st is the time to start at least get yourself psychologically ready on proper nutrition and build a weight loss plan for the swimming season.

It is for this psychological purpose that I present to you today’s PP oatmeal cookies with banana and peanut butter. Looking at it several times a day before eating buns, sweets and pies, you will have to switch to a losing weight wave.

By the way, I’ve been on this wave since the New Year with proper nutrition and almost daily intensive training.

In addition, my husband gave up sweets during Lent, and this makes me doubly happier and warmer. Well, I just tried to make pancakes using whole grain flour and without sugar, of course.

They are not only a hundred times tastier than regular ones, but also many times more satisfying. I was the first to gorge myself when I first took the sample. The second and third were already gorging. I made one with cream cheese and one with honey. If anyone shows up, I'll give you the recipe.

Over the past couple of weeks I have baked it 3 times in three different interpretations. And I’m constantly increasing the portion.

I really like these cookies. When you eat it, you even forget that it’s PP - it’s so delicious.

Moreover, it is being prepared everything in one bowl and you can throw in a variety of additives.

I always do it by eye and depending on what is in my kitchen cabinets for a specific period of time.

The main thing that should be present is oatmeal, banana and peanut butter or sesame paste.

If anyone doesn't know, sesame paste, or tahini, is sesame seeds ground into a paste. A very nutritious and healthy thing. Its properties and taste are much better than peanut butter. It’s not easy to find, but I know for sure that it’s on iHerb, I’ll give you a link to order below.

Recipe

For oatmeal cookies we will need:

for 10−12 cookies

  • 1 overripe banana
  • 2 tbsp. natural peanut butter or sesame paste
  • 1 tbsp. coconut sugar or honey or maple syrup ( coconut sugar Can order on iHerb )
  • 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1−1.5 cups oatmeal (depending on the size of the banana)
  • 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon
  • a handful of sesame seeds, nuts, seeds, raisins - optional

Since natural peanut butter without additives is not so easy to find, I recommend cook it yourself, grinding peanuts in a blender to a paste.

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180º. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the banana with a fork to achieve a smooth puree.
  3. Add peanut butter and mix thoroughly.
  4. Add coconut sugar or honey or maple syrup, cinnamon and mix again until smooth.
  5. At the end, add oatmeal and any additives to your taste. I like sesame and walnuts.
  6. Mix first with a spoon and then with your hand until a thick viscous mass is obtained.

    We look at the consistency and, if necessary, add a little water or oatmeal.

  7. With wet hands, form nut-sized balls, place on a baking sheet and flatten with your fingers. The cookies should be thin.
  8. If desired, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake at 180º for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
