Our advice! It is quite difficult to cut a completely even hole in thick metal at home. Therefore, on a lathe, make a thick washer. It should be freely put on the 76th pipe and at the same time cover the irregularities in the opening of the cover. By electrowelding the washer to the lid, you will get a perfectly even hole into which the 76th pipe fits perfectly.

  • On the side, in the upper part of the boiler body, it is necessary to weld a chimney outlet from a 100 mm pipe.

The heated gases, having transferred thermal energy to the exchanger, go into the chimney, being completely cooled.

    In order to obtain a high efficiency factor, sawdust boilers use not only the thermal energy that was formed during the combustion of wood, but also the by-product of this process - pyrolysis gas. But you must adhere to specific conditions in order to receive this gas.
