Depending on the method of water collection, country water heaters can be divided into two large groups - bulk and flow. Here, your choice will be determined by how exactly the water enters the house - through water pipes or delivered from the nearest well.

  • Bulk boiler suitable for owners of houses that are not connected to the water supply (and, unfortunately, there are most of them in our country). It is equipped with a tank with a lid, into which water is poured manually - through a watering can, ladle, ladle, etc. The device of such devices is very simple, and therefore they are cheaper. Bulk water heaters often come with a sink or even a shower.
  • Flow boiler- a more convenient option, but only a few can afford to install it in the country. Water is heated at the moment when it passes through the water heater, so for the device to work properly, it is necessary to maintain a certain level of pressure in the pipes. Otherwise, the water will either be lukewarm or flow from the faucet in a thin stream. Such water heaters are usually equipped with a temperature controller and are electronically controlled.

Wood water heaters

Gas water heaters

Electric water heaters most often purchased for urban housing, but they can also be used in the country, especially if it is not possible to use gas. There are devices that combine two appliances in one - a washbasin and a water heater. In the people, such devices are called moidodirs. "Moydodyr" is a kind of bulk water heater, consisting of a sink and a tank attached above it, which is equipped with a heater.

The volume of the tank of such a device is usually small, but there is enough water to wash dishes, hands or wash. Moidodirs work most often from electricity. There are more modern models equipped with additional features, such as protection against overheating and from turning on the power when the tank is empty.
