Today I want to talk about the next sheets for frying chicken from Maggi. This is not the first time I’ve written about Maggi dishes, I somehow grabbed some seasonings at a sale, and now I’m trying them gradually.

In the last review, I made a whole step-by-step photo report about how I fried the fillet in these sheets and what happened, so today I’ll allow myself to be lazy and won’t add step-by-step photos, everything there is identical to last time.

Not everything is perfect here, there is palm oil. But it's not that scary. By the way, I recently looked at the composition of Hanoverian sausages - there is darkness there, a whole chemical plant... So I forgive a small portion of Maggi palm oil.

The frying sheets are saturated with fat, so this dish is not for diet. The calorie content is indicated on the seasoning packet - 190 kcal per 156 gram serving.

By the way, don’t dream of a clean frying pan - you’ll still have to wash it. During the cooking process, some of the fat is rendered from the sheets, plus the juice of the chicken itself, all this happiness leaks from the leaves and stains the frying pan.

The breast, like last time, turned out juicy and tender. But I liked the taste better of the previous leaves, with tomatoes and basil. It seems that in the previous seasoning the emphasis was on tomatoes, but I felt them more in this dish. The fillet turned out as if it had been made with sour tomato paste. I’m not deducting a point for this; as they say, all markers are different in taste and color. But I didn’t like this slightly sour taste.

But in general, the sheets are identical to the previous ones; I recommend them for quickly preparing dinner.

Well, what a miracle - "Maggie for the second"! Honestly, I recently discovered a treasure! I want to talk about one of the components of this treasure here.

Chicken breast... The recipes using it are truly endless! But every housewife wants a dish that can be prepared quickly, and, most importantly, tasty, so that the whole family will lick their fingers. I love to cook, and I try to do it well, but sometimes I just don’t have time.

And this is where Maggi comes to the rescue.

And just to be happy, you need to buy a bag of “Maggi for the main course for tender chicken breast fillet”, which contains four sheets of special fat-proof paper, already pre-treated with aromatic herbs, onions, garlic and spices. All these ingredients are natural; the composition used to process the frying sheets contains no preservatives. Monosodium glutamate, a flavor enhancer, is also not present here. What do they contain? And there is parsley, pepper, nutmeg, tomato, basil, turmeric, and also sunflower oil.

“Well, what’s special here?” you might think. “And why is the author singing the praises of some leaves here?” What’s special here is that, firstly, you don’t need to pour oil into the frying pan for frying, which means the calorie content of the dish does not increase, and secondly, the chicken breast is fried very quickly. The energy value of one serving of the finished dish is approximately 190 kcal.

So let's get started! Let's say that we have chicken breast (by the way, I had to cook turkey fillet this way, it also turned out well). Now you need to beat it so that the thickness of each piece does not exceed 2 cm. When the chicken breast is prepared, take the bag, open it with scissors, take out a leaf (it is folded in half). We open the leaf, put the meat on one half, and cover it with the other half, like a blanket.
To prevent the leaf from unfurling, press the upper part with your palm. That's all - you don't even need to add salt. While we are preparing the “semi-finished product” in this way, the pan should heat up.

You can cook chicken breast in frying sheets on either a gas stove or an electric one. Just 7-10 minutes on each side - and juicy, tender fried chicken breast is ready! Only when turning over you need to make sure that the sheet does not unfold and the meat does not “slip” off it.

There are few things that compare to the pleasure of eating a golden brown chicken breast straight from the pan!
The dish turns out so tasty that it can be prepared for guests. And, most importantly, the recipe is so simple that anyone can cope with it - even those who do not like or do not know how to cook.

When I need to quickly cook something tasty and satisfying, I always think of this simple recipe.
I think that many housewives know this trick. And I’m glad that even famous culinary manufacturers have taken note of this and are also using it. dried basil - to taste;
dried dill - to taste;
khmeli-suneli seasoning - to taste;
salt - to taste;
sunflower oil - 50 gr.;
ground black pepper - to taste;
garlic - 1 piece;

Cooking method:
The breast turns out juicy. And you don’t need to pour oil into the pan itself. You can use a variety of seasonings, whatever you like. First, cut up the chicken breast and separate the fillet from the bones. And we'll beat it back a little.

We cut the parchment paper into rectangles, grease it with butter, according to your desire, you can use butter, you can use fat, sunflower oil, sprinkle with salt and various seasonings to taste, put the garlic through a garlic press (they stick perfectly to the spread parchment paper!) Well, or the mentioned sheets for frying from Maggi.
Then place the meat on the prepared parchment and fold the paper in half.
